The room is spacious and I'm very happy with it. The air conditioning can be adjusted by hand for either cooling or heating. The main problem is the strong smoke smell in the hallway. The bathroom also drains very poorly, so I worry it could flood. To manage it, I stand as far back as I can from the showerhead and aim the spray toward the farthest point from the drain.
