The room was spacious, clean, and had what I needed, and the staff were polite and quick to help. I was there on a business trip, so being in the city center made it easy to get to offices and restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a decent range of options. The WiFi could be faster, but it was a comfortable, dependable place to stay for work.

Banks, restaurants, and shopping centres are only about a 2-minute walk away. The rooms were clean, and the hotel restaurant was decent. A nice place right in the town centre.

Nice hotel, just wish the bar stayed open past 9am. That feels a bit too early.
10/10
A good option for a business trip in Taicang. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was okay.
2/10
The air conditioner in my room wouldn't cool the room properly, so I had to open the windows. It wasn't a good stay for me.
