The room was great, and the location and service were amazing. My aircon wasn't working fully, it wasn't cold but wasn't too bad either. They brought me an extra fan to help and dealt with the issue, which made the stay a great experience.

There are plenty of facilities here, from the buffet and meeting rooms to the spa, gym, pool, bar, and room service. The hotel is a huge complex in a great location, and prices seem fair for what you get. The staff are very service-minded and do what they can to make your stay a good one. English is spoken, though sometimes it's quite basic, so now and then you need a little patience. It wasn't a big issue for me.

The breakfast was really good, and I had noodles and wantan from the live cooking station every day. The rooms are spacious and have a view. There's also a kids' play area and a few vending machines in the lobby.

A lovely place with beautiful scenery, and it's very close to a mall.
