They waited until the evening I arrived in a town I didn’t know to tell me they couldn’t accept foreigners. Expedia had already charged me the full price, and I still don’t know whether I’ll get a refund. The hotel should have made this clear from the start instead of advertising misleadingly. I couldn’t find anyone there who spoke English. It felt dishonest.
