I checked out at 9 pm because the customer service was so poor. Staff were extremely unfriendly, and whatever I asked, the answer was simply, “Sorry, we can't do that.” It felt like talking to a robot. When I expressed my disappointment, they tried to cover up their mistakes, and the manager did nothing either. I've never been more disappointed with a Sheraton, Marriott, or any hotel. Very disappointing!

For business trips, this is an excellent hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the whole place is immaculate. It's centrally located near shops and places to eat. The helpful, friendly staff and all the English signage were a welcome surprise. I'll definitely stay here again on future trips.
