6/10
The location made it easy to get around and visit suppliers for business, and the rooms were a good size. Still, there's no international TV, which doesn't feel acceptable for an international hotel. Customer service was pretty woeful. Even allowing for the language barrier, it took about 24 hours to track down laundry that was very late, and they wouldn't honor the free breakfast listed in my booking. I've stayed here over 10 times, but that didn't seem to count for anything. It's okay for the cost if you don't expect much, though I may try the nearby Marriot next time.
10/10
The rooms are really comfortable, and the breakfast buffet has plenty to choose from, from Chinese noodles to pancakes made fresh. Taizhou is a great area too. I've stayed here twice over the last 8 years, each time for more than 3 weeks, and enjoyed every second.
6/10
There's no entertainment here, and I couldn't find any good Western food.
10/10
Quite clean, and the Wi-Fi internet speed is respectable.
8/10
The service is very good, and the rooms are good too. I like it here.
