The breakfast was excellent, and the room felt clean and really comfortable. There’s also an incredible jogging lane right in front of the hotel.

The Wi-Fi was so frustratingly bad that, as a business traveler who needs a reliable high-speed connection, I’d look for another hotel if I come back to this city. The room itself is comfortable and the hotel is pretty nice, just not as nice as another Shangri La I’ve stayed at, so it didn’t meet my expectations.

The breakfast spread was fantastic. I had seafood conger and noodle soup with sheep’s entrails made to order. The hotel is excellent, and the service is very, very good.

We spent a year living with our family at Shangri La hotel in Tangshan, and it was a pleasure. The best hotel I’ve ever been to.

There’s a washer in the room, and the staff are clean, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!
