Hilton Hampton Inn Tianjin Jingbin Industrial Park

I found an ashtray just outside the elevators inside Tianjin Station Hampton by Hilton, with guests smoking openly there. Staff did nothing about it. Smoke spreads through the hallways and into rooms, and it’s troubling to see an ashtray placed there as if the hotel had set up an indoor smoking spot. That leaves me feeling management knows about it and is choosing convenience over guest wellbeing and the rules. For the price, I expected a clean, smoke-free place with basic standards enforced. This was a deeply disappointing stay, and the situation shows little regard for guests’ health and safety. I can’t recommend the hotel to anyone who cares about health standards, good management, or professional hospitality. Until the problem is taken seriously and fixed, it’s hard to trust this property or its claim to operate under the Hilton brand.
