There's a restaurant downstairs with lots of food options, good quality, and low prices. The subway station is right at the base of the building, and Nanjing raod has many malls nearby. Binjiang road, the walking street, is about a 10-minute walk away. The room is standard for a 3-star hotel. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were so flat that we needed three. The amenities were good quality, including Tresemé. The TV channels weren't aimed at foreigners, and the signal was weak, so the picture was very unclear. Front desk service was good, though the staff spoke only a little English. Breakfast was Chinese style. During our 10-night stay, housekeeping refilled the amenities, coffee, tea, and slippers, and changed the towels. They didn't vacuum the carpet, clean the coffee cup, or change the bed linens.
8/10
The room was large and in good condition. There were plenty of breakfast choices, mostly Chinese, and the subway station was within walking distance.
2/10
Of the five hotels I stayed in during my trip to China, this was the worst. There was a terrible smell and a stain on the floor mat. The ventilation still didn’t work properly after a technician came to “fix” it. I was very, very disappointed.
8/10
Quiet and clean, with a great location for the price. A really good HIE.
8/10
The rooms are spacious, though service was slow.
