Getting around was easy from Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower, with attractions and restaurants nearby. It worked well as a base for sightseeing or business, and the service was smooth and efficient. The hotel feels fresh, modern, and stylish, as you’d expect from a newly opened Novotel. From the lobby to the rooms, everything seemed clean and well kept. It was a comfortable, pleasant stay, and I’d come back.

We were a family of five, including my four elderly parents, and we all loved this place. The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful. They noticed my parents weren’t used to the weather and brought them warm drinks. They also helped me with my parcel and Taobao delivery. Our room was spacious, and I appreciated the upgrade as an Accor member. One tricky part: Didi won’t come into the hotel, so you have to head out to the main road to get picked up.
