I made the booking at the start of September. The site said payment wouldn't be taken until I arrived and that cancelling would be free, but the money was already taken from my account. I can't find any instructions on the site for cancelling. I asked the administration to explain, and I've been waiting two weeks for a reply.

The room was clean and comfortable for the price, and the location is handy. From the main entrance, turn left and cross the bridge to get straight to Fifth Avenue. The annoying part is coming back to find lots of pornographic ads pushed under the door each time. I can't tell whether the cleaning staff or someone from outside leaves them there.
