My wife and I were glad to find this apartment-style hotel on our trip to Tianjin. It had one bedroom and one bathroom, plus dining and living areas, and came fully furnished with all the major appliances. It felt more like living in a home than staying in a hotel. The place is showing its age, which is the main downside. Still, the roomy setup and great location made up for that for me. Two major shopping areas are within walking distance, and I’d recommend considering it if you’re visiting Tianjin.

I stayed in these serviced apartments for about a month and had a really good experience. Breakfast was tasty and the service was good. The bus stop and metro are nearby, though getting food takes a bit of a walk since the closest food center is around 600 meters away.

The room had a few things that weren't working when I checked in, and the front desk staff member fixed them quickly. She was fantastic, and also made sure I got extra water, shampoo, and shower gel. I was grateful for how promptly she helped.

The high-floor window looked out over Tianjin Quanyechang at night, which was a nice view. This was the smallest Somerset apartment I've stayed in, but it was generally pleasant. Even the one-bedroom suite had a bathtub, though the hot water was really cold.
