I've been staying here for a few years. It's a great hotel, with great service and good internet.

Jane at the front desk was really helpful. I got my order wrong and was a bit rude to her, but she still smiled and sorted it out before I even had a chance to apologize. The hotel is good in most ways and the location is convenient. The parking lot is small, and the rooms are cozier than those at nearby hotels, but mine was still very comfortable. I'll recommend the place to more friends.

The Corner Room was a highlight for me at Ascott Tianjin. I loved the panoramic bathroom, especially the 150-degree window that let me enjoy the view while bathing. There's also a heated pool on the fifth floor, a nice place for regular guests to exercise. The service and facilities were excellent, and I thought it was great value.

The first-floor bar has a good range of drinks, including shochu, and Japanese-speaking staff. Breakfast includes Japanese food too. I'd highly recommend this place to Japanese visitors.
