I’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s good value for Tuen Mun. Getting around is easy, with the Light Rail at Ho Tin stop and the West Rail Line close by. The building used to be industrial, so the outside looks a little plain. Inside, the lobby is spacious and has a nice industrial feel. You can borrow a pool table, and the gym has enough equipment for a basic workout. The room is large by Hong Kong standards, with a desk, sofa, and coffee table. I liked having no carpet because it felt cleaner. The bathroom is comfortable and practical, with separate shower and toilet areas. I did notice dark stains on the bedsheets, and the air conditioner was pretty noisy at night. Also, I was told local calls cost HKD 7 each, so I didn’t use the phone. That surprised me, since I don’t see that charge as often at other Hong Kong hotels.

Getting around was easy from here, with the MTR, light rail, and buses all close by. There’s also a market and a modern shopping mall nearby. My room was spacious and very clean. The on-site gym had lots of good quality equipment, and it was clean too. I stayed earlier this year and would definitely recommend it.

We spent two weeks here in November and had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything very clean. The hotel is well placed for exploring Hong Kong, with transport links close by, while still being away from the crowded areas. First class service all round. Thanks to everyone!

Ken gave great customer service, and the staff were all great. My room was clean and comfortable, and the place felt peaceful, clean, and homely. The hallway lights are dim, but it didn’t feel scary. I loved staying at Penta hotel and would definitely recommend it and come back. Thanks so much!

The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay at Pentahotel Hong Kong, Tuen Mun. Our room was clean and comfortable, and worked perfectly for our family. Thanks to housekeeping team Haiyan and Hedy. The location was great too, close to everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again.
