I spent two nights here. The room was clean and the buffet breakfast decent, so the stay was good overall. The location was lousy, though, with only a few shops nearby.

The first night was okay, but water ran out of the shower area because the toilet door wouldn't close properly. The sink stopper also got stuck and wouldn't open. On the second night, one of my pillows had been taken away, and I don't know why. I wanted to withdraw money after seeing on the hotel website that there was an ATM. Reception couldn't understand English, and another staff member said there wasn't an ATM and I had to go outside. I went out and found nothing. I stayed two nights, and I don't think this deserves five stars, maybe three and a half to four.

The hotel has a nice, slightly luxurious feel, and the location is pretty good. Breakfast was nice too, though a few more choices would have been welcome.
