The minibar included drinks, snacks, tea, and coffee. The TV channels were only in Chinese, but the fast Wi-Fi, included in the price, helped. Guests from outside China may want a good VPN. Housekeeping was discreet and courteous. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of vegetables, fruit, bread, pastries, yogurt, juice, and dairy products. Staff, often in local traditional costumes, made the mornings feel authentic and delightful. The corridors were clean, clearly marked, and pleasantly lit. The elevators were spacious, quick, and quiet. The decor, from the lamps to the other details, reflected local culture. The welcome made a lasting impression from the moment I entered. The porter took my luggage, and a woman in a colorful traditional costume greeted me in keeping with local folklore. Reception staff were polite, professional, helpful, and genuinely smiling. The hotel is conveniently close to the high-speed railway station. You can rent a car to explore independently or join a guided tour. There can always be small shortcomings, but the staff made sure none became an inconvenience. The team’s kind gestures, professionalism, and sincere smiles made the atmosphere.
