We'd definitely come back. The infinity pool looks out over the South China Sea, with a charming lighthouse in the view. The nearby area feels cozy and cute, the food there is delicious, and the resort staff are awesome. A beautiful place to stay.

We stayed in a suite. The facilities were acceptable, but the bathroom sink was leaking, and nobody had checked or fixed it before we arrived. The restaurant food was better than at the Park Hyatt, probably because nearby restaurants are within walking distance and the competition helps keep the quality up. Compared with the Park Hyatt in Sanya, the service here was worse overall. The shuttle takes a long time to show up, the rooms are on the second floor, and that's inconvenient for anyone with mobility issues. The restaurants also have lots of stairs, so getting to them by shuttle is difficult. The service and facilities don't work well for people with mobility problems. Service felt very average for the price.
