I stayed at the Pullman in Weifang for two weeks and really appreciated it. The Wi-Fi was reliable enough for streaming on Apple TV and YouTube. The location also worked well, with shopping, walking paths, and other places nearby. Staff were consistently professional and quick to help with extra services or room items.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and the spacious reception hall feels grand. My room was well appointed, with working bathroom facilities and perfect air conditioning. Everything was new and in tiptop condition, and breakfast had a fantastic spread.

The property is showing its age, though the breakfast was good and high quality. Staff were generally friendly and did their best. At check-in, the front desk said their system showed no breakfast with my booking. I insisted and showed them a screenshot of the booking details in my app, which included breakfast, and they provided it. I didn't get a platinum member upgrade because occupancy was high during my stay.

The limousine service is ridiculously expensive, and breakfast was disappointing, boring, and hardly international. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, with very nice, helpful staff. Its location is convenient too, right next to a mall you can walk to.

Hebe was especially helpful, pointing me toward interesting places in Weifang and making sure my stay went well. The staff were friendly, spoke English, and handled my requests. My room was very clean and well furnished, and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. I'd recommend it, especially to travelers who don't speak Chinese well.
