Weihai Qingtiwan Holiday Hotel

A beautiful place.

The balcony has a stunning view of the sea. The beach is clean and large, the water is clear, and there's a café nearby. There's also a park accessible from the hotel grounds with your room key card. The well-maintained walk to the sea takes less than five minutes. My room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and three pillows that helped me sleep well. It had a refrigerator and induction stove, with a range hood over the stove to remove cooking odors. The staff were friendly. Breakfast is continental, but there's enough to eat, with pastries, fruit, coffee, cocoa, and tea available every day. The stay was impeccable and every detail seemed thought through. Thank you. I came for work, and the area is inconvenient for tourists. It's full of resort hotels, with no supermarkets or other shops nearby. The room has a refrigerator, but it didn't cool my beer at all, so it seemed to be just for decoration. There's a laundry room with one washing machine, but I wasn't allowed to use it because hotel business takes priority. They said it can be used when it's not busy. I would normally expect guests to take priority. I don't really recommend this place.

Resort prices get high in summer, but it's generally good. For 280 yuan a night, they provide two bottles of water, coffee, tea, and Japanese tea. Breakfast is crowded early on weekends, but I'd recommend it for a weekday work stay.
