The WiFi kept cutting out every hour or so, and then we'd wait a couple more hours for it to come back. Calling the front desk didn't seem to improve anything. The shower doors don't shut properly, so water gets all over the bathroom, and the toilet clogs easily. With thin walls, I could hear people talking in the hallway. I checked out the “gym” on the fourth floor. There were only three machines, weights scattered around, a ping pong table without equipment, and three treadmills that wouldn't turn on even when plugged in. The two fountains outside had koi in them. I saw the fish coming up to gasp for air, and the water was completely green with algae. It looked like the fish weren't being cared for properly. On the plus side, housekeepers came to our room very quickly when we called the service line, and the staff were generally very nice.

The rooms were nice and roomy, the air conditioning worked great, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I also thought the food was great. The bed linen could've been cleaner, though it was still acceptable. I'd recommend staying here and would come back.
