The room had a beautiful view, and the buffet breakfast offered plenty of variety. I spent two nights there just to sleep. I wish hotels in China would provide for Muslims by keeping halal food separate.

Even after 10 years, the rooms are kept in better than acceptable condition, and Pullman is still the best option across the river from the city, in my view. There are more tour groups checking in now, so Wenzhou city has more competition. The lounge has a different setup, but it still offers a full menu, which gives you more flexibility. I like that. The staff are still friendly. Thanks to Vincent for helping me book the room, and to Echo for making good coffee in both the lobby bar and executive lounge.

My husband and I had a wonderful five-night stay at Wenzhou Pullman. Before we arrived, Assistant Manager Vincent emailed us clear information about getting to the hotel, and he kept us informed during our stay as well. Everything we wanted was provided, and everyone we met made us feel completely satisfied with our stay. Special thanks to the reception staff, especially Aliee, Candis, and Tom. The spacious, modern room was clean, and the breakfast buffet had lots of delicious choices. The stay exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in Wenzhou!

I stayed for five days, and although the hotel is presented as five-star, it really doesn’t feel that way. The staff are friendly but seem to lack a lot of training. One night when I asked for ice in my room, it came in a strange dish instead of an ice bucket. Another night it arrived in a plastic bag. Seriously? The food was really bad too. It looks modern, but it really isn’t.
