There’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms and no computers, and the work and guest service don’t feel professional. None of the staff speak English, and they don’t treat guests with the respect you’d expect from a decent 4-star hotel. Some make fun of you for not speaking their language, and a few will try to rip you off. I think it should be rated 2 or 3 stars.
