10/10
We had plenty of room in the superior room, and the bed was comfortable. It was well equipped, and breakfast was another plus. Service was excellent, and the neighborhood is very convenient. A good value stay in Wuhan’s Optical Valley.
2/10
They gave me a pedestal fan for the whole night after the AC didn’t work. Nobody had mentioned this at check-in, and when I called from my room, they sent a room attendant who only pretended to check it. I had to call repeatedly. The receptionists in the lobby had such a lousy attitude that they were more annoying than the AC problem. I never expected this from a Holiday inn chain.
8/10
The front desk is up on the 7th floor, and the location is good. I liked the rooms, though breakfast wasn’t very good.
