The staff were welcoming and professional, and breakfast was among the best I’ve had in China. My room on the 19th floor gave me the high floor I’d requested when booking, thank you! It was spacious and laid out efficiently, with high-tech features, excellent sound insulation, and a great view. The gym and pool were there too. This was my second stay at a really excellent hotel with excellent service, and I’ll come again.

The only small issue during my business stay at Crowne Plaza Wuhan Optics Valley was that I couldn't switch on the heating. Otherwise, the room was roomy and comfortable, the surroundings were quiet and clean, and there were plenty of useful amenities nearby. It made for a dependable, professional stay.
