Four Points By Sheraton Wuhan Hankou

This was the worst hotel experience of our trip. After a long flight with a toddler, we found the room at 25 C/77 F, and the hotel wouldn't turn on the AC. The manager told our online customer service rep they'd run it for a short time to help, but the temperature climbed right back up. I'm incredibly frustrated by the whole thing. Don't stay here.

Awful experience. I couldn't get an invoice at the counter, even with a translation app. The women there were able to issue one, but didn't understand what I meant by an invoice, and couldn't manage it even after I gave them my company address. Marco Polo is just around the corner and is a perfect place for foreign travelers.

The staff's attitude was the worst I've experienced in years, and my check-in was deeply unprofessional. I'm a Marriott Titanium member, which isn't a big deal, but I've stayed at enough Marriott hotels to have a basis for comparison. I arrived with a four-night booking and immediately cut it to one night, then booked somewhere else for the rest of the trip. Staff acted as if guests weren't there, and even took the luggage from the car and carried it into the hotel themselves. I can't recommend this place at all. Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible.
