After the full Ibis renovation, this was my first stay, and I was surprised by the high standard of service and the elegant room. The 47-inch TV was a nice touch, and the hot water came through so fast there was no waiting. They even provide earplugs, since road construction in Wuhan never seems to end. I especially liked the lighting: several spots aimed in different directions made the room bright enough, and you could adjust it for a softer, more relaxing feel. That’s a thoughtful setup for business guests.

We were a group of eight tourists from Hong Kong, and we’re grateful to your hotel for taking care of us during our September 18th to 25th stay in Wuhan. The facilities and cleanliness made us very happy, and the front desk staff were patient and polite. Ms. Wang Fei and Mr. Zhu were especially helpful with several travel-related problems. They left us with lovely memories of the hotel, and we’d choose it again if we get the chance to return to Wuhan. I’ve been busy since getting back to Hong Kong, so this like is late. Sorry!
