Check-in was seamless, and the rooms were clean and tidy. But the front desk staff were rude and seemed to apply a double standard, which is why I gave two stars. During our stay, we saw people eating in the lobby at all hours, with plenty of food on the tables. So when we checked out, we bought food and started eating there too. We had barely begun when staff told us to stop or pay for drinks at the lounge to use its table. George zhu said the duty manager wanted us to clear away and stop eating immediately. It really dampened our mood. Our whole stay in Wuhan had been amazing until that happened.

Service was very enthusiastic, but the breakfast restaurant and executive lounge don't have enough space. The breakfast room tables weren't kept to a strict or regular hygiene standard. The guest rooms were clean, though small at just 27 square meters. The gym is run by a third party, which makes it inconvenient to use.

My sister and I had an amazing stay at Voco Hotel Wuhan, and the hospitality was great. Front desk staff member Emma Feng Feng Chenchen went out of her way to help with my parcel delivery, contacting and coordinating with the seller and delivery service. Thank you so much! The location is convenient, close to both the Pink and Orange MRT lines. Rooms are clean and fully equipped, and the staff provide excellent service.
