I’ve stayed here twice in the last six months and plan to keep choosing it on future trips to Wuhan. Both visits came with a complimentary room upgrade, including one night in the presidential suite. I especially appreciate the service, the value for the price, and the attention given to Marriott Bonvoy members. The concierge can arrange airport transfers by email before I arrive. Staff also helped search for a power bank I thought I’d left in my room. The rooms are nice and well equipped. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant has a wide selection, though it gets busy. I’ve learned that local people sometimes come in for breakfast on weekends even when they aren’t hotel guests.

We’ve booked here several times, and the service has been great every visit. A few shower drains in some rooms still have small problems, which seems related to the building being new, but reception dealt with it very quickly. Breakfast is good overall and offers lots of choices. The hotel had only been open for a few months when I wrote this. Big thanks to Andy at reception!

The front desk seemed out of touch with the market. The deal they called their best was still more expensive than the offer we found on Conor trip.com. When we raised it with the team, they didn’t handle it very intelligently.

I’m surprised by the high rating here, because my experience was really disappointing. They said the entire hotel has only nine suites, and the regular rooms are tiny. The elevator was sooooo slow, and service was nonexistent. The one star is for the luggage boy, who gave me kind food advice.
