The food was a highlight, with delicious dishes to suit different tastes. The garden inside the hotel was a peaceful spot to relax, and the staff were professional and always ready to help. Rora, Anna and Ella were especially attentive and supportive during meals. Whenever I needed something, they helped quickly and kindly. I had a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was good, and it was easy to communicate in English at reception. The room was clean and comfortable, though it could have been more spacious. It also seemed to be starting to look old.

The room was good, and the staff were good too. The location was just a little too far from good food and sightseeing. Housekeeping needs more frequent checks after a room is vacant. I found cigarette butts when I checked in.

The low price is a plus, but the rooms are a bit old. The no-smoking policy seems subjective, since the rooms have clearly been smoked in. The air conditioning never seems to work, whatever the season. They just pump in air at whatever temperature they choose.

The ceiling light is uncomfortably bright when you’re lying in bed. Switch it off and the hanging light is too dim. Management should reconsider the room lighting arrangement and the voltage used.
