The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. I stayed four nights at Holiday Inn Wuxi Railway station, right beside the railway and bus stations. It was easy to get to Wuxi's tourist spots and to Suzhou and Changzhou. The service was excellent, especially from Ms Carrie Lin Jiali and Ms Phoebe Lin Yinnan, who were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff, whose names I didn't get, were also helpful and quick to respond. I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Wuxi.

Getting around was easy, with the subway, buses, and Didi all accessible. The hotel is in the city center, and the staff were accommodating when I needed help. Some could speak English, too. I had no issues with the cleanliness or food. It's one of the best four-star hotels I've stayed at, and I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Wuxi.

It's right next to the central railway station, but avoid a room on the station side if you can. The noise could disturb your sleep.
