I stayed in a terrific three-bedroom apartment and had a very nice visit. Linda, the manager, was terrific and accommodating. The front desk staff spoke English, and Harmony City mall is right across the street, making things easy. Aldi is in the mall basement, which was convenient, and we cooked quite a few meals in the full kitchen with its dishwasher. This will be my go-to place when I come to wuxi.

The metro is only a few steps away, and there are Family marts and a few restaurants nearby. The lobby also has free coffee. The room was very nice, with useful facilities including a fridge, microwave, electric stove, pots and pans, kettle, and washing machine. They even provided detergent and an international adapter, so we didn't need our own. I was especially impressed by how quickly and helpfully the staff answered my email in English, particularly Ms Rose Yang and Ms Lisa from sales.

Our family was really happy with the clean, high quality rooms and modern facilities at Ascott Somerest Harmony City Wuxi. Ms. Rose Yang looked after us with real care and was so friendly. Her excellent service made the stay a wonderful experience. Ascott Somerest Harmony City Wuxi is the best!
