Chagee is right downstairs, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. You can walk to the Bell Tower from this convenient location. The hotel itself is new, with a nice modern design. The smoke was the problem. The corridor smelled extremely strongly of cigarettes, like a group had been smoking nonstop. Our room was beside a restaurant and an outdoor viewing gallery, and more smoke drifted in there too. If you decide to stay, ask for a room on the 4th floor.
