It's a fairly new hotel in a good spot, and I liked the room. Cleaning needed more attention, though: there were hairs in both the sink and shower. The safe wasn't secured in place and didn't work.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was a very nice place to stay in Xi'an.

I liked the comfortable, clean, quiet hotel, and you can arrange a Terracotta Army Museum tour there. The weak point was communication: most staff didn't speak English, and using a translator app was disappointing too :-)

The bed felt a little hard, though I still slept well. A walk down the street takes you into the busy city center, full of people and stalls, so there's plenty going on. I had a good time here without needing the metro.
