Delta Hotels BY Marriott Xi'an

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel feels modern and luxurious. We had a very pleasant stay at Delta Hotel in Xian. Its location is convenient, the front desk service was good, and breakfast was delicious.

The busy street outside has morning and night markets, with plenty of fruit and food from shops and carts. The hotel's location is convenient, and the room has useful touches like a sofa and small table. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. It's modern and clean, with good amenities. Staff were attentive and helpful through Marriott messaging. I did find the AC controls inconsistent, and guests couldn't use the water filter in the restaurant.

Getting around was easy from here. Longshouyuan station on metro line 2 is only a 3-5 minute walk down the street, and the line connects directly to Xi’an North train station. The hotel also has a dedicated drop-off and pick-up spot out front, handy for day tours. Our room had lots of thoughtful storage, including suitcase space, closet hangers, shelves, and extra wall hooks. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and there was both a separate bathtub and a rain shower. The bedside lighting panel offered plenty of options, and the toilet's blue night light helped when getting up groggily. Housekeeping was thorough and efficient, and the woman we met was friendly. The gym was a good size with several elliptical machines. There was also a body scan unit, available for a fee. Breakfast on the fifth floor was a relaxing start to the morning, with natural light in the spacious dining room and courteous serving staff. The woman at the grill station went out of her way to get me a couple of servings of beef after the carving station had just closed. We enjoyed our three-night stay at the Delta Xi’an. It's near a lively night food scene, with fruit stands and other vendors open during the day and into the evening. There's also a shopping mall a short walk away. A great full-service hotel for a visit to Xi’an.

The team’s thoughtful gestures made our anniversary feel special, including a room upgrade and a lovely anniversary setup. The hotel feels fresh and modern, and our room was clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. There are countless late-night food spots and famous places to eat just a short walk away, with both local dishes and popular favorites to choose from. We had a pleasant stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott in Xi'an and would happily stay again. The service, convenient location, and modern facilities made it memorable.
