The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the desk and sofa in the room were useful. The rooms are modern, spacious, and fairly clean, though the lighting isn't enough and the view is dull and unattractive. The TV has almost all its channels in Chinese. The bathroom looks perfect at first, but it has several problems: the tub leaks a lot and partly floods the bathroom, the shower door doesn't close properly and lets water out, and the electric curtain covering the large window between the bathroom and bedroom was quite dirty. It has an average bathroom with a bathtub and glass shower. My ratings: rooms 7, bathroom 5, cleanliness 6, overall 6.

We had a terrible experience. The hotel looks modern and spacious, but trouble started when we got to the rooms. The first room wasn't the standard we'd booked. We noticed and were moved to one that matched our expectations, only to find soon afterward that the toilet spat water out of the bowl instead of flushing. They came to fix it when we called, but the next day it was doing the same thing again. Unbelievable. Sleep quality was appalling, a failure across the board. Breakfast was poor and lacked amenities. The location isn't central, though there's a lovely market nearby with lots of street food in the evening.

The indoor pool was extraordinary, and the buffet had a wide variety of well-prepared food. The room was very spacious, and the hotel's glass walls let in more light and make the place feel open while giving you a view outside. It was a magnificent hotel, immense like hotels across China, with modern, elegant decor and lots of floral arrangements, as in other hotels I've visited.
