Cigarette smoke fills the rooms and hallways. If the hotel keeps allowing guests to smoke in their rooms, it won't last long.

The rooms are huge, and breakfast and the showers are great. The cleaners provide excellent service, and everyone is friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful included breakfast with several Western and Eastern choices. The hotel is modern and clean, and the service was excellent. It was also close to the wall.

I liked this hotel in Xi'an so much. It's one of the most beautiful hotels there. Thank you!

There are lots of street food stalls nearby in the evenings, and the North Gate is right by the hotel. It's a great base in the heart of Xi'an's old city, with spacious rooms and a very generous breakfast. The free self-service laundry, with convenient washing machines and dryers, was a real help for tourists on a longer trip in China.
