Sightseeing was straightforward from here, with the city center and major attractions within easy reach. The city walls, Muslim Quarter, and Big Wild Goose Pagoda were all accessible, transport was convenient, and there was plenty of dining and shopping nearby. The price is a big part of the appeal. Rates can be reasonable for a full-service Hilton in a major tourist city, while the service is dependable, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast is generous. It’s a practical way to get the consistency of an international chain without luxury-hotel prices. The building has an older Hilton feel, with dark wood, heavier decor, and traditional room layouts. It’s clearly not among the newest or most polished Hiltons in China, but it’s clean, well maintained, and everything worked, so the age didn’t cause a real inconvenience. If value and convenience matter more to you than cutting-edge design, Hilton Xi’an is a comfortable, dependable option at an attractive price.

After a five-hour bullet train ride, the quiet room was a welcome place to unwind. Its double automatic curtains let in soft daylight, leave the view unobstructed, or make the room completely dark. The room was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious, with room service available if you feel like treating yourself. The staff were welcoming and ready to help, and there’s a spa, fitness center, and indoor pool. The location was excellent, and the room was clean. I had one small issue with the minibar, but staff sorted it out quickly.

The whole stay felt gorgeous, almost like being in another dimension. Staff were really attentive and friendly to tourists, the food was delicious, and service was quick. I’d recommend it 100%.

There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, and the Ancient City Wall is about a 5-10 minute walk away. The hotel is also conveniently near the train station, which you can use to get to attractions. Special thanks to Kitty and Jones from the Front Office team for helping me during my trip.

The bathroom window makes the room feel especially suited to couples, though families can put up a privacy screen. The rooms look luxurious, and I thought the hotel itself was very nice. Toilets were the main issue, as paper could clog them easily. The fitness center stays open 24/24, but it’s quite small.
