We stayed for a few days during the quiet season. The rooms were very large and comfortable for the price. Once, we asked a junior staff member for help and a misunderstanding led to some confusion and a few hiccups, though nothing major. Management took our feedback and staff training seriously. The hotel is very well managed, and I’d highly recommend it.

The hotel is right in the center, and the property and rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Staff were capable, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, with mostly Chinese dishes. I'd choose this place again.

There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment spots nearby, all easy to reach on foot. The room was neat and clean, though noise from upstairs came through more than it should. I liked the generous breakfast, afternoon tea, and the bowl of noodles they thoughtfully served after 10 pm. I'd stay here again on a future trip.
