It's a good quality hotel, though it doesn't have fancy luxury extras. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The beds have thick foam padding over a hard base, but I found them comfortable. Startup Wonderland and Niba Makerspace are next door, and the subway is only a few minutes away on foot. I'd gladly stay here again. It's a really nice, dependable place to stay. One odd detail: every evening I had to go to the front desk to reactivate my hotel RFID card before it would let me into my room. It might have been because I'm a foreigner. They did it quickly, so it wasn't a problem for me.

I spent 14 days quarantining at this hotel, and the food was awful: bland, gooey, sometimes undercooked and sometimes overcooked, with things on the plate that didn't go together. The room was very dirty when I arrived. The old, dirty carpet made my skin itch, and I thought it was full of mites. I can't say whether regular guests are treated like barn animals too. If you can choose where to quarantine, avoid this hotel.

During my 7 days of quarantine, the room felt cozy despite being old and not particularly fancy. It was also huge, which gave me plenty of room to exercise. The hotel actually exceeded my picky expectations 😃

I wouldn't recommend staying here for quarantine. The rooms are large, but the standard is really poor. The air conditioning burned out while I was there, and I found an old egg under the bed. No one at the hotel speaks English, and the medical staff don't either. The quarantine food is terrible, and takeout isn't allowed.

Xi'an is a good place to stay if you want shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is close to downtown, with a mall not far away. Some staff can help in English, though they only know the basics, so keep your words and sentences simple. You can exchange money at the lobby, and staff can do it for you. The rooms are clean and comfortable, Wi-Fi is available, and the breakfast is really tasty with enough variety that I wouldn't get tired of it after several days. It's a really good hotel, and I'd recommend it for a good time in Xi'an.
