The reception team really made the stay. They were always willing to help, and we managed fine using translator apps despite the language barrier. They were polite and greeted guests with a smile, which made a real difference. The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping came daily, the rain shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a nice range of options, and the location is about a three-minute walk from the Bell Tower. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in China. I had a great time in Xi’an, and the team was part of that. I’d recommend the place and would stay again if I return. Thanks for everything.

It’s easy to walk to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslims Street from here, and breakfast had plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, though they couldn’t communicate in English. The rooms were spacious and nice, but the cleaning wasn’t done well. There were stains across the floor, and the smell was a bit unpleasant.

I had a really enjoyable stay. It was super comfortable and very clean, and having free laundry was a big plus. The location worked well too, with lots of shops nearby, and breakfast offered plenty of choices.

The location was very good and the workers were nice, but our room had no air conditioning, even though the listing details said it did. After I paid at the front desk and discovered this, I called to complain. They brought two bottles of water, then gave me a fan after I asked for one. We stayed from 3/16/2026 to 3/18 and should have left the first night, but didn’t want to lose the money we’d already paid. The rooms were warm and the ceilings low. I can’t recommend this hotel to foreigners unless they’re okay with that. It’s a shame, because the trip was nice apart from the air conditioning problem. Maybe call ahead, though when you’re from another country, you can’t believe everything you’re told. Just a warning for visitors looking for a hotel in Xian or elsewhere in China. We won’t be back.
