I stayed one night for business and would pick this hotel again next time I'm in Xi’an. It's correctly located on Google maps, and my five stars are based only on the location, clean room, and helpful staff. I didn't use the restaurants or other facilities. The hotel connects to a mall with plenty of nearby food options, and there's a Starbucks about 100 yards down the road, handy for Westerners after a morning Cup of Joe.

My delivery ran into a problem, and I was especially grateful for the help the staff gave me. I didn't get the name of the person who helped, but thank you! The rooms are well kept, comfortable, and big enough. The reception is on the 8th floor, with someone there to welcome you on the first floor. The hotel sits above a large shopping complex beside Long Shou (Longshou) metro station, so food is always easy to find. Hao Di Lao is open until 7am, and the subway makes getting around easy.

The location is central, right in town beside a fairly large mall with a Starbucks. Rooms are a good size and clean, but service was pretty much non-existent. Breakfast was terrible.

Right behind the historic Damining Palace of Tang Danysty, the hotel is also near the train station and subway. The city center is a couple of train stops away. Great location, and the modern hotel made for a great stay. Staff were friendly and professional.
