The main drawback was the room temperature. Our first room, on a higher floor, was too warm, and the AC couldn't be turned down because of central heating. The staff did their best and promptly moved us to a lower floor, which was a bit cooler. The location is very good, with the MRT station right outside and about 10 minutes to the city centre. Several huge shopping centres are within a five-minute walk. The rooms are pretty nice, and the staff were extremely friendly.

Thank you to Nancy and her team leader for being helpful. My kid broke a glass in the lounge, and while we waited for the cleaner, Nancy kindly made sure the floor was safe.

The location is absolutely great, close to the Metro, and they upgraded our room when we arrived. The staff were accommodating, but the temperature was a problem. At first they said they'd look into it, then told us the air conditioning was fixed for the rooms. The lobby was cool and comfortable, while the hallway temperature was hit or miss. They brought us a fan/cooling unit, but it made little difference. The room fluctuated between 22 and 23 degrees C. We were offered another room, but when other family members arrived, their room was the same temperature. The temperature alone would make me pause before staying here again.

The location was great, central to lots of places without being too crowded. My room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly.

A perfect stay with all the services. The staff were very kind, though their English was very poor. The gym and swimming pool were a plus, and breakfast was huge.
