10/10
I stayed three days and had no complaints. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and nights were quiet enough for good sleep. The hotel restaurant was pretty good, and the staff were friendly and professional. A good option for a visit to Xi'an.

2/10
People in the room next door were smoking, and the air conditioning brought the smoke into our room, right to us and our baby. The front desk and concierge didn't seem to care and did nothing about it. Otherwise it was an okay, solid hotel, nothing special. Breakfast gets a bit boring, Wi-Fi is free and moderately fast, and the shower is in the bathtub.

The location is good, about ¥15 by taxi from the city center shopping area. The facilities and service meet a five-star standard, while the price is about half that of an international five-star hotel.

The location was fantastic, and the staff were really friendly.

8/10
The location was very good, and the room was huge with a soft bed. The TV was large and had an HDMI port, and the internet was fast. There wasn't a separate shower, just a shower head over the bathtub, but that turned out to be nicer than I expected. Breakfast was the only letdown, which is why I gave it four stars. Otherwise, a really great hotel.
