The Sky Bar Cafe was a nice spot for a meal, and the local draft beer was cheap. My room was large, very clean, and had a big spotless bathroom with plenty of hot water. The lobby and Sky Bar Cafe weren't very warm, which seems typical for China. Staff arranged my tours and flights and helped me top up my SIM card. A very good experience.

There weren't many people around during our stay, but the atmosphere was still really nice. The staff spoke English very well and were kind and helpful when we had to change our flight to Zhangijaije at short notice. They took care of everything we needed. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

The staff are kind and can help with laundry, tours, or whatever else you need. Prices are affordable, and the food and drinks at the skybar were delicious.
