Xian Toyoo Hotel

I booked three nights, but the smoke was so unbearable that I left after the first one, losing the rest of what I had paid. I had to put my health first. If you don't smoke, stay away. I was left questioning the standards of this hotel, and even the city and China as a travel destination. It was a terrible experience. The fifth-floor corridor reeked of cigarette smoke, which drifted into the room. The windows couldn't be opened, so there was no way to air it out. My throat and nose burned, and I couldn't sleep. I changed rooms at midnight, moving to the third floor, but it was no better. In the morning, the ashtray by the elevator was full of cigarette butts despite the no-smoking signs. Guests were smoking and talking loudly. When I asked staff to intervene, they said the hotel was non-smoking but they couldn't stop guests who wanted to smoke. The staff were friendly, but management seemed unable to control the situation.
