The family room had no cold water, so we couldn't use its toilet or shower. For the first two days I had to cross the hallway and use another room. Then, at 4 a.m. on our second night, workers began hammering at the wall to fix the water. My family and I were woken up, and I had to ask the workers three times, until 5 a.m., to stop and let us sleep. The hotel may be new, but it was dusty and dirty. The children’s room was rented out to a photography company, so guests couldn't use it. Breakfast was a joke: a microwaved steamed bun with vegetable filling, stale bread, and a few cubes of fruit. Better to eat at one of the small restaurants outside.
