Even as a diamond elite member, I felt badly treated, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who expects respect and care. They seemed indifferent when I tried to sort out problems, and English support was very limited. During the stay, several mistakes caused me a lot of inconvenience, and the same thing happened to our friends. Then, three months after my visit, another administrative error led them to ask me to deduct points. A couple of days later, they deducted even more than the amount they'd requested. The hotel didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction or loyal guests.

The room was spotless, with striking interiors, and I had a lovely sea view. I got there just five minutes before the restaurant closed for the night, but the service manager sped up my check-in and made sure the kitchen would prepare my dinner order. The location is quite good too. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Huge bedrooms, loads of pillow options, and a fantastic breakfast. It really feels like a five-star hotel. Definitely recommend it!

We stayed four nights on a five-day booking and had a really pleasant time. The breakfast buffet offered lots of different foods, and the staff were friendly and professional. Our room felt cozy, and getting to the airport took only about 20 minutes. We had an awesome stay and would choose this hotel again on another trip to Xiamen.
