I had booked January 5-13, but the room had no heat and I spent three days freezing. I caught a cold, and even after taking medicine I felt unwell and exhausted. I asked twice for someone to check the room and only got a reply that it had been checked. When I called the manager, he confirmed the heating wasn't working and offered to move me. By then I didn't trust the hotel, so I canceled on the 8th and moved elsewhere. I left with bad memories.

This is my second stay here. The rooms are tidy, clean, and well cared for, and the location is handy, with a mall, restaurants, and a convenience store nearby. I'd recommend it.

There are plenty of food options at Sunshine Town, and the prices are reasonable. The airport is around a 20-minute drive away, while the beach is only a five-minute walk. I had a fantastic time using the Renaissance facilities, especially with all the swimming pools. Using points for redemption is more cost-effective, and I'd definitely come back.
