The property has been renamed Home Inn NEO (Xiamen Tong'an District Government Chengnan Road Branch), and the rooms have been renovated. They look quite clean, but the toilet still has an old manure-pipe smell, and I could smell feces. Soundproofing is poor too. There's a main road outside, and the passing cars are very noisy. At night, the hotel security guards smoke in the lobby, leaving a very strong smoky smell.
