The rooms are new, clean, and nice, and breakfast has loads of choices. The buffet was great, but the service and staff often seemed clueless. An employee turned the lights off while I was on a conference call on the second floor, and didn't care when I said I needed a few more minutes. At breakfast I saw our table wiped with a dirty, smelly towel, without any cleaner. Other guests smoked indoors twice on our first day, and the staff didn't help. The pool also isn't very kid-friendly. Its stone edge tiles were cracked and jagged, and our kids scraped their elbows and shins.
10/10
I was there for two nights and felt very comfortable. The bedroom was roomy and spotless, and the buffet breakfast offered a great selection.
2/10
A new hotel, but still a terrible experience. Some staff were rude, and the reservation team seemed poorly trained. Guest relationship manager Dragon Ke showed very poor customer service and didn't seem to know how to do his job.
10/10
The suite was amazing, and the location is awesome. They upgraded me to the club floor.
10/10
Right beside the lake, the location is perfect for a jog outdoors if you like getting exercise away from the gym. The pool is great too, with 25-meter lanes that give you room to stretch out.
